  • Abstract:

Background: Development of leadership and teamwork are important components of pharmacy curricula. The Clifton StrengthsFinder (SF) is one of the most popular assessment tools to identify an individual's talents. The presence of a tool provides an opportunity to evaluate talents in student pharmacists and compare them to undergraduate students.
