  • Abstract:

Advances in cellular and structural biology have led to the identification of a range of novel drug targets. Unlike the majority of traditional drug targets, which commonly sit within, or project from the cell membrane and are relatively easy for drugs to access, many contemporary drug targets lie inside the cell and are associated with receptors..
