Individual registration

To register for the congress, please click here to complete the on-line form.
It is essential that the instructions for payment of all fees involved are strictly followed.
Every participant, including invited participants and accompanying persons, must be registered.

Group registration

If you are responsible for registering and paying for a group of more than 10 participants, please send an e-mail with your contact details to registration@newbrooklyn.nl
There is no reduced fee or discount for group registrations. The individual registration fees are applicable.
If the number is less than 10 you need to make individual registrations and individual payments.

Payment

Registration fees are to be paid in Euro.
In order to expedite the registration process we advise you to pay by credit card via the secured payment site.
Very important: as soon as you have submitted your online registration form, NewBrooklyn, the registration office, can no longer charge your credit card due to extra safety.
After submitting your registration form extra bookings can only to be paid by bank transfer

In order to pay by bank transfer, you require an invoice. The invoice will be sent to you by e-mail. The invoice provides the FIP registration bank account details for transfer purposes. Please do not transfer fees until you have received your invoice. It is essential that you include your invoice number when instructing your bank. The congress secretariat will not be responsible for identifying funds transferred directly into the FIP (registration) account.

Free of fee registration is only possible, if you register with a required invitation code that you have received from the person who has invited you.

Cancellation of registration

Notification of cancellation must be made in writing and sent to NewBrooklyn. The following refunds are applicable.

• Before 1 May 2008, the registration fee less an administration fee of 10% will be refunded
• Between 1 May and (before!) 1 August 2008, the registration fee less an administration fee of 50% will be refunded
• As of 1 August 2008, the registration fee will not be refunded.

Please note that the terms of cancellation are applicable in all circumstances, also if a visa is officially refused to the participant.

Replacements or name changes are handled as cancellations.
