    Methods

    To estimate the effects of immune enhancing and stable test by U. pinnatifida media cultured L. plantarum were applied in vitro sytem. Analysis of Intestinal motility was measured in vivo. 

    Results

    U. pinnatifida media cultured L. plantarum was significantly increased production of NO and TNF-αcompared to basal media cultured L. plantarum
