    Methods

    Orally disintegrating fluconazole tablets were prepared in purified water containing fluconazole (LKT. Labs. Inc.) and lactose at 10 and 50 mg per tablet, respectively, and were then poured into a mold and dried in a refrigerator for 96 hours.
