    Methods

    The clinical and histopathological features of the animals were investigated. Serum IL-4 and IgE levels were also measured.

    Results

    The HDM-induced dermatitis model increased area in dermatitic lesion and number of mast cells compared with the DNCB-induced mice. The IL-4 level showed no difference between DNCB and HDM-induced mice. IgE
