  • Abstract:

    Methods

    By preliminary test, protocatechuic acid and p-coumaric acid were selected as marker compounds. Herb mixture was extracted by water and then liquid–liquid extraction was performed using ethyl acetate. The supernatant was evaporated completely and then dissolved in methanol for HPLC-UV analysis.
