Progress testing in pharmacy post-registration foundation training

    Methods

    A progress test (PT) comprising of 250 multiple choice questions was completed by FPs at the start of the training programme and at 12 and 18 months. PT answers are scored as Correct=1, Incorrect=-1, Don’t Know=0. The final PT score is a percentage of correct answers. Scores of FPs (n=912) undertaking the programme from 2007 to 2014 were
