  • Abstract:

Endophytic fungi was isolated from leave using direct planting technique on PDA media.  Fermentation of the isolates were performed to generate their secondary metabolites.  Extraction of the secondary metabolite used n-hexan, EtoAc and n-butanol. Antibacterial activity was tested using agar diffusion method on paper discs.
