    Methods

    This study was conducted with 174 pharmacies in Northern Cyprus. The person playing the role of a fictional patient’s relative presented herself as a mother of 4 years old child who had a cough for about 3-4 days and need help from the pharmacy. Pharmacy staff responses were recorded immediately after the interview accordingly.
