  • Abstract:

    Background

Local hyperthermia has been widely investigated for complete tumor ablation by increasing temperatures to 80oC, combined with chemotherapy or radiation therapy to improve the anticancer effect.

    Purpose

In this study, we combined chemo- and hyperthermia therapy in a low temperature- sensitive liposome (LTSL) for potential cancer treatment.
