Analysis of represcription of causative drugs of adverse drug reaction in a single tertiary hospital

    Methods

    Causative drugs of ADRs were registered on the computerized physician order entry in 558 patients from January 2014 to December 2015. We analyzed the causative drugs of ADRs and investigated represcription of drugs after ADRs.
