  • Abstract:

    Methods

    A series of substituted pyrimidine derivatives (1-6) were synthesized from the various substituted chalcone moieties. The structures of the compounds have been confirmed by NMR, IR and Mass spectroscopy. The in-vivo anticancer study of the synthesized compounds was investigated in swiss albino mice against 5- Fluorouracil.
